Blue Jays drop regular-season finale to Fontbonne

— The Blue Jays baseball team closed out the regular season on Sunday, losing to Fontbonne 13-12 in extra innings on Saturday.

Sophomore Jordan Allen got four hits, and scored twice while sophomore Danton Hughes collected three hits, scored twice and drove in two runners for the Blue Jays (15-21, 11-13 SLIAC). Freshman Tim Chambliss matched Hughes’ three hits and two RBI and sophomore Andy Pichler also had three hits. Senior Gavin Magruder (0-2) pitched in relief and took the loss.
