The YMCA of Callaway County in Fulton met with Holts Summit citizens Monday night to gage support for an expansion of YMCA services to Holts Summit.
Fulton YMCA Executive Director Patty Miller appeared at a special meeting of the Holts Summit Board of Aldermen. The public forum meeting was at the Holts Summit Civic Center in Greenway Park.
About 30 people appeared at the forum and welcomed the possible expansion of YMCA services to the city.
Holts Summit Mayor Lucas Fitzpatrick said the city government of Holts Summit is interested in assisting the YMCA in its expansion of services to Holts Summit.
