No contests have developed yet for the April 3 Board of Education elections at the New Bloomfield R-3 and South Callaway R-2 school districts.
The filing deadline for candidates for the Board of Education at both school districts is 5 p.m. on Jan. 17.
Filings are with the school board secretary at each school.
The New Bloomfield R-3 School District has openings on the Board of Education for two three-year terms that expire this year.
The terms of Susan Bedsworth and Terri Sweeten will expire this year.
Sweeten has filed for re-election but Bedsworth has not yet reached a decision on whether to file for re-election.
