Former Pennsylvania Sen. Rick Santorum won Missouri's nonbinding Republican presidential primary Tuesday and captured a landslide victory in Callaway County.
In Callaway County, Santorum had 1,196 votes, or 62.95 percent of the votes cast on Tuesday's election.
Santorum topped Mitt Romney, who had 353 votes or 18.58 percent of the vote.
Ron Paul finished third with 254 votes or 13.37 percent of the vote.
Newt Gingrich was not on Missouri's presidential primary election ballot because his campaign failed to complete paperwork in time for the filing deadline.

Santorum said he made five stops in Missouri last Friday because he wanted the nation to see how he stacks up when paired with front-runner Romney without Gingrich in the running.
Santorum appeared to have gained in the national race by winning Missouri's nonbinding primary. He also won Minnesota's Republican caucus on Tuesday. Romney had a third place win in Minnesota.
Santorum returned to St. Charles, Mo., Tuesday night to await the day's election and caucus results in Colorado, Minnesota and Missouri. Earlier, Santorum won the caucus in Iowa but had lost four straight contests before his resurgence in Missouri and Minnesota on Tuesday.
