ASHLAND — To say that the North Callaway Ladybirds leaned primarily on sophomore forward Maddie Sorell and sophomore guard Jaida Gray would be an obvious understatement.

Sorell and Gray combined for 48 points late Wednesday afternoon as No. 4 seed North Callaway outlasted No. 8 Linn 55-51 in the consolation semifinals of the Southern Boone Classic.
