Obama signs ATM legislation offered by Rep. Luetkemeyer

President Obama has signed legislation sponsored by U.S. Rep. Blaine Luetkemeyer, R-St. Elizabeth. removing a requirement that automatic teller machines (ATMs) display duplicative signs disclosing fees.
