Kingdom City — North Callaway led by eight points in the third quarter of Monday night’s Eastern Missouri Conference tilt with the Silex Lady Owls with a few chances to lengthen that lead. Unfortunately, they couldn’t break the game open and they couldn’t hold off the Lady Owls.
Silex’s Natalie Fleming scored 25 points of her game-high 32 points in the second half, including 17 in the fourth quarter, in getting past North Callaway 59-53.
