Lady Bulldogs break conference dry spell

MOKANE — Heading into their Show-Me Conference game against Eugene, it had been three years and one conference move since the South Callaway Lady Bulldogs’ last conference win.

Howard’s basket with 10 seconds left was the difference-maker and led South Callaway to a 37-36 win on Thursday night.

Howard finished with 11 points and five steals to help guide the Lady Bulldogs (4-2, 1-1 SMC) to their third straight victory.
