MOKANE — Heading into their Show-Me Conference game against Eugene, it had been three years and one conference move since the South Callaway Lady Bulldogs’ last conference win.
A floating layup from junior guard Taylor Howard late in the contest ended that drought.
Howard’s basket with 10 seconds left was the difference-maker and led South Callaway to a 37-36 win on Thursday night.
Howard finished with 11 points and five steals to help guide the Lady Bulldogs (4-2, 1-1 SMC) to their third straight victory.
