Hornets try to bounce back, take down Tigers

The Fulton Hornets' defense was dissected for more than 500 yards of total offense in last week's 50-14 loss at School of the Osage in the season opener.

And though Osage's playcalling was somewhat balanced, the output was not. Fulton allowed more than 400 yards through the air, compared to just more than 100 on the ground.

The Versailles Tigers could be a horse of a different color.

Fulton clashes with Versailles tonight in the Hornets' home opener at Robert E. Fischer Jr. Stadium. With heavy rain being forecast as a remnant from Hurricane Isaac, the start time has been moved up an hour and a half. The game will now kick off at 5:30 p.m.
