The sheriff's office received a call in December from a woman who reported that she realized she was being videotaped in the dressing room while on a photo shoot with Morris' studio, Morris Photography. A three-month investigation ensued, which revealed a total of four females had been recorded in the dressing room, in varying stages of undress.

Sheriff's investigator Bob Smith said that all four women were of legal age at the time of the incidences. Morris' website, morrisphotographystudio.com, stated that "we specialize in children's photography, but also offer maternity, newborn, student, family, senior, engagement and wedding photography, as well as product photography for corporate clients."

Morris' first court appearance is schedule for June 6.
