Couple to be arraigned Friday on charges of killing two near Auxvasse

A Mexico, Mo., couple accused of killing an Auxvasse man and his daughter on Sept. 2 are scheduled to be arraigned on murder charges Friday in Callaway County Circuit Court.

Callaway County Sheriff Dennis Crane said Tuesday Ryan C. Coari, 28, and his wife, Jacie K. Coari, 27, both of Mexico, are now in Callaway County Jail

No bond is permitted for Ryan Coari; and Jacie Coari's bond is set at $300,000.

Since their September arrest, Coari and his wife had been in custody at the Macomb County Jail in Mount Clemens, Mich., on unrelated charges for the theft of a U-Haul trailer from Thompson, Mo., near Mexico, Mo.

They were extradited from Michigan to Missouri to face murder charges.

Coari is expected to be arraigned at 9 a.m. Friday and his wife later in the day at 1:30 p.m.
