Those who want to get out and enjoy the fall weather and see some mud slinging will soon get their chance.

The second annual Fall Festival and Graveyard Smash is coming Saturday to the Kingdom of Callaway County Fairgrounds. Gates open to the public at 10 a.m.

Martha McGrath, Fulton Jaycees president, said the Jaycees are inviting vendors from all over the area to set up their wares at no cost. The Fall Festival is craft-oriented and hopes to bring in Christmas and Thanksgiving items among other arts and crafts.

"We'd like to see it get as big as the Hatton Craft Fair," McGrath said.
