A repeat driving while intoxicated offender, Claude D. Brown, was arrested by the Fulton Police Department early Wednesday morning. After receiving a report at 12:28 a.m. Wednesday that a truck was driving carelessly on north Business 54, FPD found the vehicle in the parking lot of Fulton Walmart. Brown, 46 of Fulton, was arrested for felony driving while intoxicated, aggravated offender and driving while license revoked.
The FPD reported Brown has three prior driving while intoxicated convictions and currently has a 10-year minimum denial on his driver’s license. He was taken to Callaway County Jail with a bond set at $4,800.

Kudos to the officers for a job well done - and the unsung heros (dispatchers) for getting information out quickly so the officers could find the vehicle! Keep up the good work!
