An attorney for Joshua Maylee, 24, filed a motion to waive his preliminary hearing for two theft charges Tuesday afternoon.
Maylee — who also has been charged with the triple homicides of Jeffrey Werdehausen and Eugene and Jackie Pinet and the attempted murder of Gina Werdehausen in October — was not present, but his arraignment has been set for morning docket on May 23. His attorney with the public defender’s office also filed a waiver of arraignment and entry of a not-guilty plea.
