At first glance she may not seem like typical high school royalty, but as the North Callaway Thunderbird’s No. 1 supporter and a great lover of dancing, Katy Stinson was the perfect choice for prom queen on April 30. As it was also her 19th birthday the day before, her classmates didn’t hesitate to make her their queen for the night.
“The entire class nominated her,” said classmate Austin Govero, who was elected prom king. “She’s a very nice and very sweet person.”
