An attorney for Sandra Plunkett, 37, Holts Summit, who is accused of murdering her husband on New Year’s Day, has asked the Callaway County Circuit Court for a change of venue.
Justin Carver, a court-appointed public defender representing Plunkett, filed the motion for a change of venue in Plunkett’s behalf. In his court motion, Carver stated no reason for the proposed change.
