Automated flagman signals used Wednesday in Fulton

Two mechanized automated flagman devices were used by Missouri Department of Transportation maintenance crews Wednesday in Fulton.

Crews made deck repairs on a bridge along Route F just west of Westminster Avenue in Fulton.

Chuck Sullivan, MoDOT Central District resident engineer, said the automated devices have been in use for about three years. He said the Central District has only a few of the automated flagmen devices.
