Fire causes $100K damages to KA fraternity house in Fulton

No one was injured but there was an estimated $100,000 damages in an early morning interior fire Thursday at the Kappa Alpha fraternity house, 602 Westminster Ave.

Fulton Assistant Fire Chief Kevin Coffelt said when firemen arrived at 2:40 a.m. Thursday smoke was coming from a third floor window of the three-story brick fraternity house.

Firemen located flames and smoke in the third floor hallway of the structure.

Firemen extinguished the fire and made a complete search of the building and found no victims.
