Fourteen Fulton streets are scheduled to have an asphalt overlay applied during the next eight weeks.
Fulton City Engineer Greg Hayes said the affected city streets will undergo cold milling to remove old asphalt and a new hot asphalt overlay then will be applied.
The project will begin Monday and last until Sept. 1.
"Streets involved will be closed while the work is going on and for a short time afterward. We ask that people not park on these streets until the paving is completed," Hayes said.
