A triple-homicide suspect in Callaway County had a hearing on Friday.
A representative from the public defender’s office was in Callaway County Circuit Court and agreed to continue the hearing to a previously set Feb. 22 preliminary hearing date.
Maylee is accused of two theft charges and of killing Jeffrey Werdehausen and Jackie and Eugene Pinet, all of Holts Summit in October.
Earlier this month, Maylee was appointed a public defender for his case after telling Associate Circuit Judge Carol England that he was unable to afford to hire an attorney.
