A Fulton man was taken into custody early Saturday morning after he was found passed out behind the wheel of his car.

According to a release from the Fulton Police Department, at 1:23 a.m., an officer found a vehicle running with a white male — Eric M. Elsenrath, 28 — passed out behind the wheel.
After investigation, Elsenrath was arrested for driving while intoxicated-prior offender, possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance “cocaine”, possession of marijuana under 35 grams and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
