Children who write letters to Santa may not expect a response from Santa until Christmas when he brings presents.
But now, thanks to the Callaway County United Way, Santa can send a letter back to children to arrive before Christmas.
The Callaway County United Way is offering Letters from Santa again this year for the young and the young at heart.
Letters are $7 each and all proceeds will benefit the local United Way Chapter in Callaway County.
Cathi Miller Harris, president of the board of directors of the Callaway County United Way, said the program has been used by family and friends not only in Callaway County but across the United States.
