Lisa K. Brown, 40, New Bloomfield, was injured in a head-on collision near New Bloomfield Friday afternoon.
The Missouri State Highway said the accident occurred at 3:25 p.m. on Route AE near Route J in Callaway County.
The patrol said the accident occurred when a1994 Ford driven south on Route AE by Ryan W. Kirk, 17, of New Bloomfield made a right turn. Kirk's vehicle crossed the center line and struck Brown's northbound 2002 Chevrolet head-on, the patrol reported.
With moderate injuries, Brown was transported by ambulance to St. Mary's Health Center in Jefferson City.
Both vehicles were damaged extensively and both drivers were wearing seat belts, the patrol reported.
