Mandi Steele/FULTON SUN photo: Jacob Moak, 8, designs a mask for himself Wednesday at the Callaway County Public Library. His mother, Patricia Moak of Fulton, helps Jacob create his superhero identity. The library offered children ages 5 to 8 the opportunity to make superhero costumes.
