Moberly 9
Fulton girls tennis 3

By CHRIS WALLER and MARCUS WILKINS
The Fulton Sun

The injury-depleted Lady Hornets struggled in Monday's North Central Missouri Conference contest against Moberly, but still took three matches on the day.

Junior Sophie Frege won 10-3 in the No. 2 singles match, junior Millie Osburn took the No. 3 match 10-7, and the doubles team of senior Caryn Jackson and McCall Oliver won the No. 5 match 10-5.

The Lady Hornets won the Boonville Tournament on Saturday, beating Carrolton 5-0, Lexington 4-1, Columbia Independent School 5-0 and Boonville in the championship match 3-2.

“We have a lot of work to do,” said Fulton coach Louis Schnoebelen. “We've been pretty inconsistent. Saturday we played well, but it's really frustrating right now.

“I'm looking forward to us getting healthy.”
