The William Woods University Lady Owls followed senior guard Stephanie Burger's lead in stopping a six-game losing streak.

Burger delivered a game-high 28 points Tuesday night as William Woods manhandled Hannibal-LaGrange College 76-57 in an AMC romp at the Helen Stephens Sports Complex.

The Lady Owls took control in the first half, opening up a 47-28 at halftime. William Woods - which committed 18 turnovers - shot 49 percent (31-of-63) as a team.
